Registration fees
There are two options regarding the registration fees for participation in the 2nd IMERP:
- The 80€ participation pack includes attendance at the conference, accommodation for the three days of the conference (19-22/5) in rooms booked by the organizing committee, breakfast, lunch, transportation from the city of Mytilene (airport, port) to the village of Sigri on the first day of the Meeting (19/ 5) as well as informative material relative to the conference and a free guided tour in the Natural History Museum of the Lesvos Petrified Forest and its surrounding area.
- The 30€ participation pack includes attendance at the conference, breakfast, lunch, informative material relative to the conference and a free guided tour in the Natural History Museum of the Lesvos Petrified Forest and its surrounding area. With this option, participants have to book their own rooms and means of transport between Mytilene and Sigri.
Activities:
- Dinner: 15€.The dinner will be held on the last night of the Meeting and will include traditional greek delicacies and drinks.
- Field trip: 20 €.The field trip will be on the last day of the Meeting (22/5) and it will cover the distance between Sigri and Mytilene. The first stop will be at the Petrified Forest Park near Sigri, another stop will follow at the Kalloni bay and lagoon and the last stop will be at the Barbayanni Ouzo Museum in Plomari. The field trip will end in the city of Mytilene in the afternoon.
Important note: Participants that wish to attend the Meeting’s dinner and field trip will have to choose the corresponding tabs in the registration form and deposit the sum of money for the dinner and/ or the field trip respectively, additionally to the registration fee. For example, a participant that wishes to pay for the 80€ participation pack and attend both the dinner and the field trip will have to deposit 115€.
